Terms and Conditions of Sale

These are extremely simple with no hard to understand legal loopholes. Points 1 & 2 are about payment, points 3 - 5 are about availability and delivery, point 6 is about damaged goods or complaints and point 7 is about using the services provided by Spreadshirt.

1. Payment for goods purchased through or Direct Shop is in advance and our secure server is operated by PayPal Ltd.
2. PayPal collect the payment by credit card or your PayPal account and then notify us of your order. We will then confirm receipt of your order details to the email address that you used in your order. If you do not receive a confirmation from us in a timely manner please check your Spam filter for mail from Remembrance Ledegem. If you still do not see our email please use the "Have you received my order" form on the Contact Page on the web site.
   PayPal also have a disputes process should you be dissatisfied with our service.
3. If you have selected Express Delivery then your photo book order is expedited immediately and Heemkring Liedengehem are instructed to ship your goods by Airmail to your delivery address. We will confirm to you that your order is being expedited.
4. If you have selected Standard Delivery for the photo book shipments will not commence before 24 March 2009, please make allowance for this in your purchase expectations.
5. If you have ordered a calendar, you can expect delivery within 3 - 5 days.
6. If your goods purchased through or Direct Shop arrive damaged in any way, please contact us immediately, a contact telephone number can also be found in the Remembrance Ledegem order confirmation email. We will do our very best to resolve any concern that you may have.
7. If you purchase goods from our partner Spreadshirt, please read their terms and conditions of sale before ordering goods. Orders for Spreadshirt goods are placed directly with Spreadshirt and not with Remembrance Ledegem. Enquiries for all Spreadshirt orders should be made to Spreadshirt and not to Remembrance Ledegem. We will not have any order details. Sorry about that.
